True Unicorn is most likely one of the rarest endangered medicinals, both in availability in the wild and in the market place. Cultivation of True Unicorn is almost non-existent and this plant can be hard to get growing.
Even more so, research and abundant information on the medicinal actions, constituents, and nutrients of this plant are practically non-existent as well.
Historically (and less commonly in the present) True Unicorn is a strong female reproductive herb, helping to protect against miscarriages and also increasing fertility. True Unicorn stimulates and tones the uterus.
True Unicorn is also helpful for digestive complaints and is a cerebrospinal trophorestorative, with an emphasis on the spinal column.
This beautiful monocot perennial prefers to grow in partial to full sun in slightly acidic sandy soils and has been found in a variety of environments including edges of peat bogs and near pine tree growth.
In this issue, I suggest that you learn about this plant in spirit only as the likelihood of finding a sustainably cultivated source is fairly unlikely and the cost would be extremely prohibitive for most people.
More cultivation and research needs to be done with this plant.
